Elecciones - Chile

Dear Chilean Managers,

I am an ambitiuos manager from the 4th Division of Hungarian League. I am 16 years old. I have been playing PPM-Handball since the starting of the sport. Last season I won the playoff of one of the groups in the 5th Division, so I qualified my team to the 4th Division. That's all about me. Now I will turn to my plans with the National Team.

First of all, I would choose Peter Varga for my assintant coach (here is his profile page link: http://ppm.powerplaymanager.com/hu/menedzser-profil.html?data=609232-varga-peter). He is an excellent handball player in real life, and he knows everything about this game.
I would build up the National Team as same as my club. I would try to build up the team from the most talented youth players, because I want to make the team of the future.
I could have the team played in very much different kinds of tactics.
Trust me, Chileans, and you won't be disappointed.
