Comunicados: I.1 (Reino Unido)

First of all i'd like to thank everyone who voted me and gave me support in the NT candidacy last season and at the start of this season.Every vote has a huge value for me,I will be hard at work with this NT job and hopefully i won't disappoint you.

The NT from last season had 3 goalkeepers,4 pivots (3 attacking,1 defending),20 backs (13 attacking,7 defensive) and only 3 wingers (1 attacking,2 defending),Im very sorry to all people who had their players taken out of the NT so there can be space for new pivots and wingers.The players that were taken out of the NT was not based on overall rating but the strength of the player,the abillty to train based on qualities (and further improvement) as well as the training facillities of the respective teams.I also tried to keep mainly players in from British leagues.

In the aftermath of the loss of players the overall chemistry did go down of the NT team and one of my goals is to catch up the chemistry,especially with the new players.In the new team there will be 3 goalkeepers,6 pivots,13 backs and 8 wingers.The players that are there are done in a ratio of 1:1 as far as attacking and defending goes.In yesterdays NT friendly match we claimed a good 20-29 win against Norway and showed the new team is on the correct path with a huge improvement in team strength as well as a more balanced spread of strength around the team.I bought a lot of experienced players into the team which should provide good chunks of strength colleticvely,I think that for the younger players its better if they are left to join the U21's and U19's when they open.

In this years qualifying we have a hard group and it looks like we are the underdogs of the group but even then I will try to achieve a decent result for the UK NT even if its hard because as I have mentioned earlier big changes has taken down some of the chemistry.We will see what the new season brings.
